The following is the current schedule of fees for our services in the capacity of:

  • Trustee or Co-Trustee
  • Personal Representative or Co-Personal Representative
  • Investment Manager
  • IRA Custodian: Self-Directed or Managed
  • Guardian of the Property

1.25% annually of the market value for the first $1,000,000
0.95% annually of the market value for the next $1,000,000
0.9% annually of the market value for the next $1,000,000
0.8% annually of the market value for the next $1,000,000
0.7% annually of the market value for the next $1,000,000
0.5% annually of the market value of all asset in excess of $5,000,000

The minimum annual fee is $8,500. The fee charged for custody account services and those invested 100% in income assets will be discounted 50%.
